Cancellation Policy
When you register for the Fires Symposium, you agree to the following terms:
Industry/Civilian Full Event -or- Sessions Only and Foreign Military registrations may request to cancel tickets for a full refund, up to 30 days prior to the event (06 March 2027 5:00 pm CST) by emailing Yadira at yrichards@fieldartillery.org. Cancellations after the 30-day mark may be transferred to another attendee from the same organization. Industry/Civilian Virtual registrations are non-refundable.
Actively Serving Military/DOW Civilians registrations may be canceled or converted to a virtual attendee at any time by emailing yrichards@fieldartillery.org. If you no longer plan to attend in person, please allow us to open your seat to the waiting list by contacting us.
Purchased lunches (Actively Serving Military / DOW Civilians attendees) are eligible for a full refund, up to 30 days prior to the event (06 March 2027 at 5:00 pm CST) by emailing yrichards@fieldartillery.org. Cancellations after the 30-day mark may be transferred to another attendee.
